1. Membership requirements
To be a member of the Foundation, a person/organization must meet the following requirements:
1.1 Accepted, prepared to execute and carry out the purposes and bylaws of the Foundation.
1.2 Crime-free.
1.3 A legal entity.
1.4 Willing to pay an annual contribution.
2. Membership rights
2.1 To benefit from the programs and revenues produced by the Foundation in accordance with the
guidelines issued by the Foundation.
2.2 To vote and be elected, to attend any meetings of the Foundation and to give suggestions.
2.3 Access to the Foundation's membership identification book and other required documents.
3. Obligations of members
3.1 To comply with the Foundation's bylaws, guidelines and decisions issued by the Board.
3.2 Payment of annual contributions.
3.3 To respect the rights of other members of the Foundation.
3.4 To pay a debt required by a member before dismissal from his or her membership.
3.5 To participate in meetings convened by the Foundation.
3.6 There are obligations to perform any of the functions conferred by the Foundation.
4. About deletion from membership
A member of the Foundation shall be disqualified from membership at the discretion of the Board if he
fails to fulfill the obligations set out in sub-article 3 of Article 16 above and engages in activities that
threaten the existence of the Foundation.
